G.O.O.D Gets G.R.E.A.T

Just when Kanye’s G.O.O.D Music army was strong enough. I think we can all agree it’s at its prime now. Kanye’s tweet hints us to 2 Chainz joining the record label. After slaughtering “Mercy”, the track which featured Mr. Tity 2 Necklace before he had signed to the group. It was only right that Yeezy signed this all-star to his roster. Also joining the crew with her AMAZING vocals, is the lovely Teyana Taylor, check her tweet here. Clearly, as the first female signed to the label she has made an amazing stamp in Kanye’s mind that she is indeed G.O.O.D. With the label’s compilation album coming soon. How will the rookies to the roster affect the outcome of the album. We can expect it to be even better than before. Can’t wait. Stay tuned with Natural Talent for more info.

As promised, 2 Chainz’s Drake-assisted single from his much-anticipated forthcoming Def Jam debut Based on a T.R.U. Story is now here. The Mike Will-produced cut features somewhat dark instrumentals then highlighted by an enticing hook from Drizzy. Of course both Chainz and Drake do their respective thing on the appropriated verses, as this should equate to a solid start for the ever-popular rapper’s upcoming project. Jay-Z and Kanye West (The Throne)- Made In America Trailer

With Jay-Z and Kanye West gearing up for the European leg of the Watch the Throne Tour, they’re revealed a teaser trailer for “Made in America.” Forgoing using the backing instrumental for the original track in favor of “H.A.M.,” the brief black and white teaser utilizes concert footage as a whetting of the appetite of sorts. Perhaps the most interesting bit of speculation from the clip is that this is in fact a teaser for Jay-Z’s 12th studio album. Nothing like a little bit of mystery to get the weekend started.

The versatile Cudder comes through with a midnight release of a new track interestingly titled “Dennis, Hook Me Up With Some More of That Whiskey!” Along with his return to hip-hop, the piece also notes production from the Cleveland-bred entertainer himself. A new political satire starring comic super cast Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis, The Campaign is bound for theaters this year. Indulging in his known penchant for George W. Bush impersonation, Ferrell plays a Southern politician running for office opposite Galifianakis in a congressional comedy making fun of American politics. A strong supporting cast include Jason Sudeikis, Dylan McDermott, Brian Cox, John Lithgow, Dan Aykroyd and Sarah Baker. This hilarious Warner Bros spoof preempts the real presidential elections with its August 10 release.
